Welcome to Freedom Mart. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.freedommartltd.co.uk (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

2. Use of This Site
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party.
You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to it.
3. Products and Pricing
- We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the product.
- All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown separately and included in the total amount at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.
- Product availability is not guaranteed. In the rare event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
- Occasionally a product may be mispriced due to a technical or human error. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
4. Orders and Payment
- When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of it. A contract between us is only formed once we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.
- We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, including major debit/credit cards and third-party payment services (such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna where offered). Payment is taken at the time of order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is listed at an incorrect price, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
5. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
- If you are not available to receive delivery, the courier’s own procedures (such as leaving a card, redelivery, or collection from a depot) will apply.
6. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you are a consumer shopping from within the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by clear written statement (e.g. email to admin@freedommartltd.co.uk) before the 14-day period expires. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or was mis-described.
Once we receive the returned goods (or evidence you have sent them), we will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification, perishable goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or digital content once download or streaming has begun with your consent.
This section is in addition to, and does not affect, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy for items you simply wish to send back for other reasons — see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at admin@freedommartltd.co.uk within a reasonable time of discovering the issue. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and how long you have had the goods. This is separate from, and does not affect, your 14-day cancellation right above.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Freedom Mart or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Freedom Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including loss of income, profits, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
